Refund/Exchange Policy
KWS will offer a full refund or exchange on any faulty item. Please contact hello@kisswithstyle.com.au immediately (24 hours) to organise the return or replacement of your faulty item. Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.
Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit note. To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Delivery and shipping costs are non refundable. Returned items are at the expense of the customer. When returning items to KWS we advise that you use registered post, as we do not accept responsibility for the loss of items in transit. Our postal address is 281 High Street, Ashburton Victoria 3147

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact hello@kisswithstyle.com.au immediately. If your order has not been despatched we will cancel your order and organise a refund. If your order has been despatched we are unable to cancel your order.
